As a resident of Fletcher, Clay is very active in the community. In addition to Chairing the FABA Board of Directors for 2007, he also serves on the Executive Board for the Fletcher Fire Department. Clay has been helping residents of Arden, Fletcher and South Asheville with pain relief since 1996. He is the Chiropractor and owner of The Arden/Fletcher Pain Relief Center which also offers Massage Therapy. His new office is centrally located at 2690 Hendersonville Road, Arden/Fletcher. This new state of the art facility offers chiropractic care, as well as a full Salon/Day spa, which offers massage, hair, nails, wraps, and spa packages.

Becky has been with United Community Bank since May 2006 and has eight years of business banking experience. Her emphasis is on personal and commercial loans. She works closely with customers to create the total banking relationship... including deposit accounts, CD's, IRA's, corporate services, mortgages and investment referrals. Her office is currently located on Chimney Rock Road in Hendersonville just off Interstate 26. United Community Bank will be opening a new branch on Airport Road in 2008 and Becky looks forward to working in the Fletcher/Arden office. She is very involved with the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to a greater involvement with FABA and the Fletcher community.

Dennis is the owner of the local office of Padgett Business Services through which he provides accounting and Income tax preparation services to small businesses and individuals. He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He has maintained his office at 5030 Hendersonville Road in Fletcher since 1996 and has been a FABA member since 2001.

Stephanie has been an Arden/Fletcher community member since May, 2005. She is the Financial Services Manager at First Citizens Bank in Fletcher. Stephanie has been with First Citizens Bank since February, 2006. She has received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum College and an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University. Stephanie serves her community as an active Board Member of FABA, Junior League of Asheville, Salvation Army of Buncombe County Board Member and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Buncombe County Advisory Council President

Fletcher native, Vice President/Branch Manager of Mountain 1st Bank & Trust in Fletcher. which is a great place to work. Married with two sons, two great daughter in-laws and 6 wonderful grandchildren.

Owns and operates Dan Gilbert Insurance, Inc. ‐ a Fletcher business since 1958. Served on the FABA Board since 2001. FABA Chairman 2005. Serves on the Fletcher Parks and Recreation Advisory Board since 2001. Serves on the Independent Insurance Agents of NC Young Agents Committee since 2004. Served on the Henderson County apply Country Greenway Committee ‐ 2001. Married to Jennifer Gilbert with 3 children.

Vice President & Business Development at Park Ridge Hospital. Park Ridge Hospital and its 800+ associates have proudly served the Fletcher community since 1910. Bruce joined the FABA Board of Directors in June 2006. Bruce and his family moved to WNC from Atlanta in 2005. A graduate of Southern Adventist University, Bruce has over 20 years of healthcare experience.

Esteve is a native of Spain and moved to the United States in 1995; he has been in WNC since 1999. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He is currently employed by United Services Credit Union where he is the Business Development/Marketing Manager. Esteve also serves on the board of Children First of Buncombe County and is a member of the North Carolina Credit Union League Marketing Executive Council. Married with a four year old son, Esteve likes to enjoy the outdoors in the mountains of WNC.

Mark has served as Town Manager for the Town of Fletcher since January of 2006. As Town Manager, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the various services that the Town provides for its residents. Prior to coming to Fletcher Mark served as the County Manager in Gates County, North Carolina. Mark has served on the FABA Board for over a year now and is very excited about the opportunities that are available for businesses to grow in the Fletcher community.

Publisher/Owner, Hometown Value Guide, has been designing, printing and mailing advertising and promotions for nearly 20 years. Today, his business connects local, small and midsize business with the consumers who live in their trade areas using a direct mail magazine program. Joe serves as a Board Member of the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce and the Henderson County Hunger Coalition. Joe is an active member of Knights of Columbus Council 7184, Hendersonville Rotary Club, the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Asheville Business Achievers Association. Joe relocated from Naples, Florida in 2005 and lives in Horse Shoe with is wife, Annamarie, and their 4 children.  They are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
